Tokenization in Your Backoffice Store Manager

An overview of tokens, and how they work in your Store Manager

Please note, this only applies to our customers who do NOT charge the credit card immediately when the order is submitted.

With tokenization implemented for your e-commerce site, each order has a key for the three tokens needed to successfully process each order.

C = Customer Token
S = Shipping Token
P = Payment Token

If all of the letters are grey (see second order at the left), everything is in place to capture your funds via the 'Make Payment' button. If any of the token letters are red (see first order at right), there will be a link to Generate AN Tokens. You can click this to regenerate the tokens prior to capturing your funds.
